I have never used this company before and also had not been abroad for about 5 years but I cannot speak highly enough of them. I found a good deal online so phoned to checkout the details with Cheers2sun and spoke to a very nice person who talked me through everything. 8 months ago 6 of us went to Mexico. The night before our departure low cost beds went into administration. Cheers2sun phone us up st 7.30pm offering a full refund or an alternative hotel (nether were an option) so after several phone calls to the hotel we were staying, we kept our room but we had to pay for it ourselves on arrival and cheers2sun said they would refund us on our return. Mike, from cheers2sun was brilliant, the same day we returned, we were reimbursed our money in full. I highly recommend them and do much cheaper than your high street travel agents.
